Neurology Training Programs

The LSUHSC Neurology program in New orleans is a fully accredited four year program. Residents are able to complete their first year of medicine and continue on to complete their three years of neurology. The program accepts three residents per year and only accepts applications through the ERAS Matching Program.

The program serves a diverse sector of the community, training occurs in both private and public settings. The staff is broad with expertise in all subspecialty fields of neurology. The residents benefit from the special clinical program such as the Muscular Dystrophy Clinic, The LUUHSC Multiple Sclerosis Clinic, the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program, Stroke Clinic and Program and the Memory Disorder Program.
